JLGRS does not charge authors a publication fee. Articles that meet the journal’s scholarly, editorial and ethical requirements are published without an article processing charge.
There are no submission, peer-review, acceptance, mandatory page or colour charges for online publication. The standard fee is zero; authors do not need to apply for a fee waiver.
Manuscripts that do not meet the required standard are returned for revision or declined. Payment cannot substitute for the required standard, secure acceptance or influence review.
Purchasing editing, research support or any other service is not a condition of submission or publication. Authors should contact the editorial office if anyone requests payment on the journal’s behalf in connection with an editorial decision.
Requests for physical copies or print availability should be directed to the editorial office. No optional print arrangement is a condition of online publication. Any future change to author charges will be announced before it applies to new submissions.
